The demand for office spaces in Hyderabad is expected to boost as the multinational companies such as Amazon and Google is expected to expand their business operations in the state.
Telangana Real Estate Developers Association (TREDA) reported that Amazon has sought 8 lakh sq ft of office space and Deloitte 2 million sq ft (square feet) whereas, Google is expected to scale up their operations here in the state.
TREDA president, P Dasharath Reddy said that soon the space in the city will get a high occupancy as the demand is rising.
It is said that app-based taxi service company Uber will occupy about 1.20 lakh sq ft of office space soon.
Its not just Information Technology (IT) but health companies are too creating demand for spaces.
According to property consultancy and research company Knight Frank, Care Hospitals have acquired 3 lakh sq ft of space and Fernandez Hospital 1 lakh sq ft.
With the city already facing shortage of quality office space, the arrival of new companies will only push up the demand.
