Madhucon Projects Limited has bagged an EPC work of National Highway Authority of India (NHAI). It is in the Nagapattinam-Thanjavur section of NH-67 in Tamil Nadhu state.
They recieved the letter of award 17th of March from NHAI for this project. The project work is “Improvement / Augmentation of Two laning with Paved Shoulders from Km 1.600 to Km 80.000 (Existing Chainage) (Design Chainage from Km 1.600 to Km 80.133) of Nagapattinam – Thanjavur Section of NH-67 under NHDP-III on EPC mode (Total Design Length 78.533 Km) in the State of Tamil Nadu” which is valued at Rs. 397 crores.
With the announcement of the project, the shares of Madhucon Projects limited saw a rise from Rs. 55.3 to Rs. 58.05 when BSE closed. The total number of shares traded that day was 74276 in over 529 trades. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 58.05 and intraday low of 57. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4293292.
