Mumbai: Tata Metaliks Ltd and Tata Metaliks Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiary Tata Metaliks Kubota Pipes Ltd has finalized to merge with Tata Steel Ltd through its scheme of amalgamation.
The valuation reports are however prepared by Independent Chartered Accountants – SR Batliboi & Co LLP and Haribhakti & Co and fairness opinion prepared by ICICI Securities before the Audit Committess of TSL and TML.
However, the scheme will be also placed before the shareholders and creditors for seeking their approval. TSL along with its wholly owned subsidiary holds 50.09% stake in TML.
